YOGASM: ORGASMS DURING YOGA

Never heard of yogasm? This is an orgasm, yes just what you are thinking about, caused by the practice of yoga. Hard to believe but a recent article in the Daily Beast has intrigued bringing different stories from people who have experienced this feeling during their normal exercises in various positions of Eastern discipline perhaps more practiced in the West.

Of course if yoga can improve breathing, posture, muscle toning, serenity through meditation we can also settle the many benefits it offers to the daily well-being. It also improves your sex life. But if all you add to that the likely mirage of an unexpected pleasure there is one more reason to keep going and not give up just because the course of the evening you are tired enough to get changed and leave them in your new home gym.

Skepticism is inevitable, but then find that other evidence reveal that the practice of meditation and yoga paraplegic has led some people to feel the physical sensation of their legs after having lost the use.
